\"\"On May 21, 2019, a round table was held on the experience of civil service in European countries. This round table was an event that provided administrative and civil servants with the opportunity to share knowledge and views on public administration and civil service reforms.<\/p>\n

This round table discussed the practice of effective implementation of the EU civil service, such as professionalism, ethics and values \u200b\u200bof the civil service.<\/p>\n

Scholars and civil servants discussed ways to tackle corruption in the civil service. The main focus was on the presentation of the Eastern European experience. Recently in Ukraine there is a growing interest and discussion of new models of modernization of training, advanced training and internships for civil servants. Particular attention was paid to the diagnosis and development of managerial and\u00a0leadership skills of civil servants in Ukraine on the example of the EU.<\/p>\n
