The course gives a better understanding of slogan «Culture Matters» and describes values and development of European countries. It provides an opportunity to familiarize Ukrainian students with the fundamental principles and the main aspects of European Values and Politics of Europeanization as a part of modern world. Also, this course gives a comprehension of principles and conceptions of European integration. The received knowledge and skills are useful for participation in international cultural projects, European educational programmes, building the political and cultural cooperation with European partners and journalism activity.

Course description: Learning component consists of 3 ECTS (lectures – 30 hours, seminars – 24 hours, 36 hours of self-learning (scientific project).
